At Jyotirveda, we are committed to providing authentic and sincere spiritual services. Due to the nature of our offerings, the following refund policy applies:

1. Consultation Services

• Once a consultation has been completed, no refund will be provided.
• If the consultation is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, rescheduling is allowed.

2. Online Puja / Ritual Services

• Once the puja has been performed in your name and gotra, refunds are not applicable.
• If cancellation is requested before the ritual has been performed, partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative charges.

3. Technical Errors

If payment is deducted but service is not scheduled due to technical error, please contact us within 48 hours for resolution.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
